Almaaqal University\u2019s research vision is to stay on the leading edge of technology, and focus on sustainability. Its main area of research is in sustainable energy sources. The focus is on increasing efficiency, and therefore the sustainability, of energy sources. This includes improving the current energy sources, and identifying and optimising new renewable sources that will help Iraq and the world to move to a new age.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMission<\/p>\n

\u00a0The mission is to provide an advanced, integrated, and realistic educational and training program that enables researchers to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to work within a comprehensive research team, develop effective and trustworthy research approaches, instill values and a culture of scientific curiosity that fosters continuous learning among researchers through research teams.<\/p>\n

The primary focus of Almaaqal University is on sustainability. Almaaqal University believes sustainability can, and should be extended to all fields of research. Disciplines, like medicine, oral health, well-being, business, and others that contribute to living, are equally important to ensuring sustainability.
