1- يعد قسم شؤون الطلبة من الاقسام الرائدة والمهمة في جامعة المعقل بالعمل المباشر مع الطلبة وتقديم خدمات متعددة ابرزها التسجيل واصدار التعليمات والتوجيهات للطلاب من بدء عملية التسجيل الى ان يتخرج الطالب وتقديم خدمات ما بعد التخرج .
2- قسم شؤون الطلبة: الجهة المنفذة لتوجيهات وتعليمات الوزارة وتطبيقها وتقوم بتعميم التعليمات على كافة الكليات التابعة لجامعتنا.
يقوم قسم شؤون الطلبة بتنفيذ ومتابعة القرارات وتعليمات وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي واعمامها على كافة مفاصل الجامعة من كليات واقسام
3- عند استلام قوائم الطلبة المقبولين في كليات جامعتنا من الوزارة الكترونياً وبعد اتمام عملية التسجيل يصدر امر جامعي بأسماء الطلبة المسجلين فعلياً..
4- ضمن الاعمال التي يقوم بها قسم شؤون الطلبة استلام الوثائق الرسمية من الطالب واهمها وثيقة التخرج للطالب موثقة من قبل وزارة التربية ومعنونة الى جامعة المعقل واخذ تعهد خطي من الطالب بجلب الوثيقة خلال مدة تحددها الوزارة من خلال اصدار التعليمات كل عام وبخلافه يلغى قبول الطالب .
5- يقوم القسم بتزويد رئاسة الجامعة بكافة الاحصائيات بأعداد واسماء الطلبة المقبولين في كليات جامعتنا وحسب قنوات القبول(العامة – ذوي الشهداء – المنحة المجانية – ابناء الهيئة التدريسية).
Objectives, details, and the role of Student Affairs Department and Registration
1- Department of student affairs is one of the important departments of Al-Maaqal University, as it has a direct contact with the student as well as his/her parents. This department provides a service during the registration, and guides the students to follow up certain instructions such as filling up the registration file and the required documents to complete the registration procedure.
2-The department of student affairs is the executive authority for the guidelines, and instructions of the ministry to apply them. It is circulated the instructions among all colleges within our university.
3- When receiving the accepted students’ lists electronically from the ministry in our university colleges, and after completing the registration procedure, there is an offer letter from the university issued along with the names of the effective registered students.
4- The student is guided before bringing the certificate in which it should be addressed to AL-Maaqal university, as the instructions of the ministry, the certificate address should be in the governmental admission. For the purpose of changing the certificate address to our university, a form has been prepared that should be filled up from the student, and to be certified from the college that he/she is continuing study. This procedure should be provided with an official letter addressed to the general directorate of the Governorate education, which the student has graduated from that Governorate.
5- The department provides the university presidency with all the statistics of the numbers and the names of students, who are accepted in our university colleges and based on the acceptance channel (general, relatives of martyrs, scholarship, and the sons of teaching staff).
