Recent statistics has shown that Al-University in Basra Governorate has received about 200 students, Medical Colleges, on the basis of the free- grant for the academic year 2020-2021. In fact, this is the highest level of free-grant recorded at the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research among the Private Universities in Iraq this year.
A statement issued by the University Committee clarifies that the University always endeavors to be a leading educational institution in supporting and developing Iraq in all fields. However, throughout this initiative of having the above-mentioned students along with the toppers graduated, the university aims at offering chances for those who are ambitious to have good education and at the end graduating batches equipped with the scientific weapons to serve the society, their country and themselves as well.
