A delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research visited Almaaqal University for the purpose of inspecting the Continuing Education Center at the university.
The delegation met with the President of the University, Professor Dr. Badir Nima Al-Badran, the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Muhammad Al-Asadi, the Secretary of the University Council, Dr. Marwan Mansour Al-Sakini, and the advanced teaching staff at the University.
The delegation emphasised their desire to build the community by providing workshops, seminars and studies that would develop skills and advance knowledge. They assured the University of the Ministry’s readiness to support the Centre to meet these objectives.
Professor Dr. Badir Al-Badran, Presidency of Almaaqal University, stated that the University was committed to these ideals, and intended to offer international programs at the Centre, and ensure it was a major learning resource in southern Iraq.
