Program Overview
The Master’s program at the College of Pharmacy, Al-Maaqal University, is an advanced academic and research pathway designed in accordance with the highest standards of quality and academic accreditation to meet the evolving demands of the healthcare sector and foster the pharmaceutical industry locally and regionally. It is conducted within an active academic twinning and partnership with Mansoura University (Arab Republic of Egypt), ensuring seamless instructional and research integration and providing an inspiring learning environment with state-of-the-art laboratories and unified academic management platforms via Microsoft Teams and the Ibn Al-Haitham system.
Specialization Tracks
- M.Sc. in Pharmaceutics: formulation science and dosage-form development, drug stability and storage kinetics, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical nanotechnology, and advanced controlled-release drug-delivery systems.
- M.Sc. in Pharmacology & Toxicology: mechanisms of drug action within biological systems, pathophysiology, target-organ toxicities, and cutting-edge applications in molecular pharmacology and pharmacogenomics.
